Naish has completely redeveloped its upcoming foil range. Especially the two modelsJet andJet HA ("HA" stands for High Aspect, i.e. an elongated wing shape) was given a lot of attention.
Ultra Jet Foil - new name, new design, but same target group
Until now, Naish had the Jet model for beginners and freeriders ( HERE These low-aspect wings were primarily designed for beginners and intermediates, with a focus on early take-off and a controlled flying style. The fact that the jet was not particularly fast was the downside of the concept. The new successor modelUltra Jet was primarily designed for beginners and freeriders. Compared to the previous model, however, the profile has been thinned out slightly to enable a higher top speed. This should improve the range of use and control of the Ultra Jet in stronger winds. The new Ultra Jet foils can be used for wing foiling, kite foiling, windsurfing or SUP foiling.
The Ultra Jet model is available with a total of six front wing sizes - 850/1050/1250/1450/1650/2000 and 2450 cm2 .
Naish Jet HA Foils - more aspect ratio, more speed
The established Jet HA model ( HERE there's a test) has been modified. Overall, the outlines of the front wings have been visibly stretched, which should guarantee a better glide and therefore better suitability for pumping and downwinding. According to the manufacturer Naish, the profiles of the Jet HA have also been designed slightly slimmer in order to further optimise top speed.
The new Jet HA model is also available in six sizes. The front wings have an area of 640/840/1040/1240/1440 and 1840 cm2.
You'll soon be able to read about how the new foils ride here, some test samples are already on their way.
