The carbon fork from Aeron now comes with a longer adjustment range - instead of 140 to 190 cm, the Wave fork can now be used in the 130 to 190 cm adjustment range. The previous adjustment range remains the same for the 150 to 200 cm version. Furthermore, the lever on the front section has been revised and is now made of aluminium instead of plastic.
Apart from the aforementioned changes and the new look of the pad, the main features of the fork remain the same: Made from 100 per cent prepreg carbon, the fork is designed to combine the best stiffness with a very thin 24.5 millimetre diameter. The front section is completely designed for use with RDM masts, while solid double pins on the end section ensure a secure fit.
We last tested the fork in 2020 - regardless of the current changes, the results for handling and stiffness should still apply to the update. You can find the test right here on the surf website.
The Aeron Slim Carbon fork is available in lengths 130-190 for 799 euros, while the 150 mm version costs 849 euros.
