She is travelling to the Olympic Games for Germany and was one of the first athletes to secure her Olympic ticket: Theresa Steinlein has managed to become one of the world's top iQFoil riders in just a few years. She has now been featured on Bayerischer Rundfunk's "Blickpunkt Sport" programme.
Firstly, there was a contribution in which the Steinlein sailing family was introduced and the career of the twins Theresa and Sophie through the various sailing classes.
Theresa was then a guest in the studio with presenter Julia Scharf and explained, among other things, foil windsurfing with the Olympic iQFoil material. Her sister Sophie from the Last Chance regatta in Hyeres then joined the programme. In addition to their Olympic boat classes, both are also on the women's team for the Americas Cup and could be competing there together again.
