Surftools Starnberg has been organising regular trips to Porto Pollo for over 35 years. Sardinia's best-known spot not only offers optimal infrastructure, but also the best conditions for beginners and advanced surfers. The overall experience includes tests of the latest equipment, riding technique seminars and, of course, a big barbecue.
The next Surftools Academy in Porto Pollo is on the programme from 21 October to 5 November. Ideal for getting out on the water in warmer climes before the winter.
There will also be wingfoil, surf and kite courses for beginners and advanced riders, riding technique and equipment seminars and special freestyle or slalom training with HISpeed of the day (GPS). "We'll teach you all the basics and tricks you need. Whether it's moves, jibes or jumps... you set the goals. In various seminars, you can learn everything from simple jibes to the hottest manoeuvres," promise the organisers. This also includes video training and trimming seminars.
With various packages, accommodation and travel options, the camps can be booked very flexibly. Transport of your own equipment from Starnberg can also be organised. Prices start from 379.00 euros. The event fee includes equipment storage, a weekly BBQ, a SurfTools T-shirt, SUP hire, testing of the latest wing, foil, windsurfing and kitesurfing equipment and the seminars.
