Wingfoil fans should feel particularly well looked after in Theologos on the Greek island of Rhodes in 2024. The local centre Surf & Kite Theologos will offer even more rental equipment from the renowned brands Slingshot and Core in the future, and the range will also increase. Guests will be able to choose between board models with a buoyancy of 45 to 170 litres and wings between 2.5 and 7.0 square metres: "High-quality material that suits the wind force, body weight and personal skill level is a crucial prerequisite for having fun on the water," Tobias Gottfried, the centre's owner, sums it up.
In June and September 2024, a BigT Wing event will also take place for the first time, modelled on the popular kite camps. A maximum of eight wingers can work on achieving their individual goals under the guidance of a professional coach, whether it's a specific manoeuvre, more speed, a more effective riding style or their first jump. In all cases, participants benefit from targeted support and personalised feedback. The camp week costs 385 euros and includes 4-5 hours of riding training, theory sessions, supervision and a varied evening programme. If you need equipment, you can hire it for the whole week at a reduced price of 285 euros.
