The right equipment is crucial for children to enjoy windsurfing. Special children's rigs are ideal for beginners and experienced kids alike, as they are made of lightweight materials and thin components adapted to smaller hands. There are different concepts on the market, all of which are more or less suitable for beginners and light winds. But as soon as the kids go out on the water in stronger winds, surf in the loops or even have planing manoeuvres and their first trips into the waves on the agenda, the wheat is separated from the chaff.
