The new model is designed to complement the more playful and neutral Manic, with the Boost clearly focussing on a stable, controllable profile and plenty of planing power for current areas, onshore wave conditions and also excursions in choppy and swell waves. Compared to the classic Manic, the Boost has therefore been given a little more luff length and the boom dimensions are also slightly longer in the same size.
The sail should therefore offer plenty of planing power and control, while being particularly stable in gusts and also offering a playful sailing experience on the waves. The new power wave sail will be available in the sizes 3.3/3.7/4.2/4.7/5.3 and 5.8 m², the price range had not yet been finalised at the time of going to press.
